Australia’s most tattooed woman, who has spend a staggering $280,000 on body art, has shared an astonishing throwback photo.

Amber, 28, who transformed herself into a heavily tattooed adult model with over 600 designs on her body, took to Instagram on Thursday to show her metamorphosis over the past nine years.

She shared an image that showed her as a fresh-faced 20-year-old with barely any ink on her skin.

Posing in revealing black underwear, Amber, who is nicknamed ‘Dragon Girl’, held up her right arm to reveal some tattoos on her forearm while her neck was also adorned with an ornate design.

The image was juxtaposed with a photo of Amber circa 2024, which showed the model posing in racy floral lingerie.

Very little of Amber’s skin was visible in the photo, having been covered almost completely with an array of artwork.

’20 years old okay, I know, I f***ing know (lol),’ she captioned the eye-catching throwback.

She added that people warned her not to take the plunge and get her throat tattoo, arguing it would lead to a ‘degenerate’ life.

‘Every single person in my life told me it was the end for me – that throat tattoo. No career, no aspirations – just a ‘degenerate to society’ with a floating neck tattoo,’ Amber continued.

‘F***ING WRONG – on so many levels… unfortunately, for your egomaniac stalking. I’ve been to Hell and back and let me tell you – it was beautiful.’

To illustrate her last point, Amber shared a second image that showed ink, which appeared to be on her arm, that repeated the sentiment.

Amber’s fans were quick to comment on the eyebrow-raising image, with one exclaiming: ‘I wanna be you when I grow up.’

Another told Amber that she was an inspiration in their own body modification journey.

‘Wow, what a level up,’ they wrote.

‘I would love to mod my body completely in the future. Hopefully, you can give me advice when I kick off that journey.’

It’s not the first time that Amber has stunned fans with her ink-free skin sharing another shocking throwback photo in January this year.

Amber has made headlines for her conspicuous appearance and over 99 per cent of her body is covered in tattoos.

She has sunk $280,000 into her all-encompassing ink fixation.

The Brisbane-based model flaunts satanic symbols, a split tongue and tattooed bright blue eyeballs, which she said left her blinded her for three weeks.

‘I went blind after tattooing eyeballs but I have no regrets and won’t stop,’ Amber said in another video while getting even more work done to her body.

While not everyone is a fan, Amber said she is proud of the dedication put into her journey to becoming the ‘true version’ of herself – and has since been dubbed ‘Australia’s Most Tattooed Woman’ online.

In 2022, Amber revealed how her extreme ink and body modifications have changed her life.

She told Brisbane radio show Robin, Terry & Kip that having 600 tattoos, which cover 99 per cent of her body, sometimes makes her daily life challenging.

‘I am getting very heavily tattooed, but I’m not harming anyone in the process,’ she told radio hosts Kip Wightman, Robin Bailey and Terry Hansen.

She added that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but she finds it ‘distressing’ when people make unkind remarks in public – especially when they say she has ‘ruined’ her looks with tattoos.

‘Everyone has their own opinions of what beauty is,’ she said. ‘You see these cultures [where people] stretch their necks, their ears, their lips. But at the end of the day, we all are entitled to our opinion and that’s okay.

‘But, what gets to me is when someone expresses their opinion to me in public and comes up to me and says, “Oh, you’re ugly,” or, “You’ve ruined yourself.”‘

She continued: ‘It’s very distressing to know that people have that strong opinion and they can just voice it without any repercussions.’
